Inquiries and assessment requests

The contact form collects your name, email address and message. An assessment request also sends your selected answers and the resulting readiness score when you request follow-up. Assessment answers remain in the page until you choose to submit them.

We use these details to respond, assess your requirements and take requested steps towards a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps concerning you, or Article 6(1)(f) for our legitimate interest in responding to business representatives. Providing the required fields is necessary for the requested reply; you can contact us by email instead.

The assessment provides an indicative recommendation. It does not make a legally significant automated decision about you. We do not subscribe inquiry contacts to marketing lists through these forms.

Package inquiries additionally collect your company, chosen package and optional phone number. If you complete the eligibility check, its answers accompany the inquiry only when you submit the form. The recommendation is indicative and is not a binding quotation.

Hosting, email and booking

The website and inquiry handler are hosted on a Hetzner server. Inquiries are stored by the handler and notifications are sent through Resend. Authorized DataStruct personnel handle the resulting correspondence. Server logs can contain IP addresses, requested paths, timestamps and technical request information; we use them to operate and secure the service on the basis of legitimate interests.

Bookings take place on Cal.com after you follow an external link. Cal.com processes information under its own published notice; DataStruct uses the appointment information to arrange your requested meeting. Odoo handles registration and referral attribution after you follow an Odoo partner link. We do not load Odoo or Cal.com embeds on this website.

Retention

Website inquiries, related email correspondence and server logs are retained for one week. This period applies to the website inquiry process; records required for a separately agreed customer engagement are governed by that engagement and applicable legal obligations.

Consent choices are stored for 180 days. Analytics cookies have a configured lifetime of up to 180 days; advertising measurement cookies up to 90 days. Campaign attribution in sessionStorage lasts for the browser tab session and is removed for a purpose when its consent is withdrawn. Provider-side retention depends on the relevant account settings; contact us for details.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

With analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, CTA clicks, assessment completion and accepted inquiries. With separate advertising measurement consent, a configured Google Ads tag associates advertising clicks with accepted package inquiries. The Ads destination remains disabled until its identifiers are configured.

Events contain controlled page, language, placement, package and outcome properties. Campaign parameters are validated; advertising click identifiers are used only for the permitted advertising purpose. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and individual assessment answers are not sent in tracking events. Other URL parameters and fragments are excluded.

The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Forms and links work without this consent. Use Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw or change it. Withdrawal stops future collection for the selected purpose, without undoing earlier processing. We do not enable personalized advertising, enhanced conversions or Google Signals.

Recipients and international processing

Resend’s primary processing operations take place in the United States; its data processing addendum incorporates EU standard contractual clauses for relevant transfers. Google processes information internationally and describes its transfer safeguards in its published frameworks. You can request information about the safeguards applicable to your data from info@datastruct.tech.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and legal basis, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent. Contact info@datastruct.tech. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), or your competent supervisory authority.
